These terms apply to sales made through the Nakano NZ online store.

When you make an order through this website, it is an offer to buy the products. Once you’ve submitted an order, we’ll send you a separate email confirming that we’ve accepted the order, and are preparing to send it to you. If we’re unable to fulfil your order, we’ll contact you and arrange a full refund.

You need to let us know as soon as reasonably possible of any damage to goods in transit.

If you change your mind and wish to cancel your order, please let us know as soon as possible by emailing us at [email protected]. If your order has already been dispatched, any refund for “change of mind” is at our discretion, and if we decide to offer a refund, you’ll need to reimburse our reasonable shipping costs. This doesn’t affect your rights under NZ consumer laws.
