This is a limited autumn release - called “hiyaoroshi” in Japanese. The sake is brewed in the Japanese winter, heat treated once after filtering, then matured over the summer months. The summer maturation mellows the sake and deepens its flavour profile.
Enjoy with richer flavoured dishes like grilled vegetables, grilled chicken or seafood, teriyaki.
Serve in the range between slightly chilled to warm (around 40°).
